Kai-Oms is situated in the town of Outjo. Outjo is on route to the Etosha National Park. Outjo is know as "The Gateway to Etosha".

Kai-Oms is a Damara name directly translated as "Big House".

Kai-Oms offers you the traveler a warm welcome, combined with true buschveld atmosphere, Namibian traditional food and open spaces to relax in after a long journey.
